Here at M&H Quality and Customer Service are at the heart of everything we do so it is no surprise that we need fantastic people. Our ongoing success is dependent on us delivering and exceeding our customer expectations. Attracting and retaining staff focused on quality and customer service is vital. Every member of staff makes an important contribution.
As you can see from the training and career development page we love to develop our staff and are passionate about fostering our own talent. We have been facilitating a successful Apprenticeship programme since 2011.
Sarah Kelf – Human Resources Manager
Sarah and her team are based at the Beccles London Road site – also supporting RPC Manuplastics and the RPC Market Rasen site.
Sarah joined the company in 2011 and brought with her 9 years’ experience of working in Human Resources for Sainsbury’s, FirstGroup transport, the NHS and she also worked within the Education sector. Sarah has a Master’s Degree in Employment Law, is CIPD qualified and completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Employment Law. As an ex Customer Service Manager Sarah is passionate that the team should deliver great service. Sarah is a Mum of one and when not at work enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, socialising and supporting the local primary school as a Governor.
Angie Smith – Human Resources Officer
Angie joined the company in 2007 as an HR Administrator with a wealth of recruitment experience and competence of working in administrative roles.
Angie was promoted to her current role in 2014 and continues to take a leading role with recruitment activity for the site and supporting Sarah with the provision of HR advice to the business. In her spare time Angie enjoys foreign travel, going to the gym and yoga.
Remi Darlaston – Human Resources Administrator
Remi joined the team in 2014 with her first role working in an HR environment.
Remi is currently studying for a level 3 qualification in Business Administration. She is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the HR database and supports the HR function with administrative work. When Remi is not at work she enjoys socialising, live music and spending time with her boyfriend and friends.
Sharon Hill - Human Resources and Health & Safety Manager
Sharon joined the company in 2007 and has over 30 years HR experience.
Sharon is a member of the CIPD and works with them assisting with management of the Code of Ethics for the HR profession. Sharon is also a qualified business coach and mediator and also manages the site Health & Safety team at Ellough and has a passion for both business areas. Sharon likes to see people develop within the business and has a keen interest in training and developing others and currently mentors junior HR professionals through the Norfolk CIPD network.
Zoe Anderson - Human Resources Assistant
Zoe started her HR career with the company in September 2015 and is currently studying CIPD Level 3 in Human Resource Practise.
Zoe previously worked within the Customer Services and Production areas of the business before making the move. Currently managing the flexible pool of Operatives and managing the workforce weekly planning activities, Zoe interacts with employees at induction and throughout their lifecycle within the business.
