Continuous Professional Development
We recognise that our success is dependent on the Company continuously improving the way we do things. Staff development is important to us and developing and retaining high quality staff underpins everything we do.
Four of our Technical staff from the Injection Department; Mark Ballard, Nigel Jones, Martin Wells and Barry Woodard have recently successfully completed a Level 3 National Vocational Qualification in Polymer Processing and Related Operations. They completed the qualification in liaison with the College of West Anglia. The candidates were required to build up a portfolio of work and demonstrate competence through an assessment process in several areas including optimising standard operations which are under process control, evaluating and modifying processing parameters to meet process operations and safety, health and environmental requirements in the workplace.
The Company is committed to continuous improvement and would like to congratulate these four members of staff on this achievement.
